We found out about an exciting thing happening right here on our own very playscape!
Another teacher shared with us that there was a bird creating a nest by the two big doors at the top of the playscape and we just had to go and check it out!
We walked soo slowly and quietly so that we wouldn't scare the bird and then we watched!

What kind of bird was building a nest?
What kind of materials were they using?
Why is the bird building a nest?
How could we help the bird with her nest?
Can we get close without scaring the bird?
