This morning we spent some time looking for lines in our environment! One group of children went to play in the collaboratory while the other group of children went on a line hunt throughout the school! We found some amazing lines. The kids found straight lines, vertical lines, horizontal lines, curved lines, bumpy lines, and even arches! It was amazing!
Before our line hunt we danced to classical music and used or ribbons to trace lines in the air! The kids loved following along with the song and the actions on the sheet!
Sometimes it's fun to put our pencils behind our ears, haha!
We also spent some good time outside! Someone left a big snowball on the playscape so we tried to add more snow to make a snowman!!! It was a lot of fun!!!
