Happy Monday! The Willows had an extremely creative morning. At meeting, we learned that Jackson Pollock really liked to add dark, bold colors to his work, especially black paint. So, the Willows mixed darker colors into their green paint they created last week. We set our green artwork low on the ground and they "splated" and dripped dark green colors on top. It turned out really great!
REMINDER: Picture day is tomorrow at 10:30! We can't wait to see our Willows smiling faces!
The Willows also worked on creating beautiful sun-catchers. They worked very slowly and carefully to drop and swirl the colors together. They came out amazing! We can't wait to see what they look like when they are all dry.
