Happy Caper Day!

We were excited to share our learning this morning as we capered with Dogwood and Spruce friends!

Here's their blogs if you would like to check them out:

During our morning meeting we had a discussion with the Willow children about our question from the forest yesterday: What colors live in the forest?

The children excitedly shared the colors that they noticed while exploring in the forest: Green, brown, red, pink, purple, and white. We then decided that those would be the colors that we would use to paint our sticks during capers! They turned out beautifully!!!

We also continued working with magnets on our magnet wall, the pom poms on our light table, and "building" rainbows with loose parts and play dough.
