This morning, we decided to stay and play in Willow room to help our new friend get used to our routines. We have noticed that our Willows enjoy playing pretend with animals. So, we set up a new small world area! We laid our turf down and propped a table up on its side to project a forest scene onto it. The children sat so quietly and created such sweet scenes and stories in this new space!
Pink soapy water in the sensory table was a popular spot!
Washers and metal jar lids made a great addition to the Magna tiles on the light table!
We pasted paper scraps to make another rainbow collage...
