We continued to work on our clay food creations this morning.
After seeing children painting their clay creations from last week so many kids were excited to create their own pieces of food for our kitchen space. Today was decided to pull back out the pictures that they drew of fruits and vegetables for inspiration! We made some really cool food, check it out!
Also it happens to be the Week of the Young Child.
With all of the excitement of the eclipse yesterday we missed out on Music Monday.
Today was Tasty Tuesday. We know that we didn't taste any food today but we definitely made some that is going to look delicious once we paint it!
Tomorrow we will participate in Work Together Wednesday!!!
MU made an apple, an orange, some blueberries and a plum!
GH made a giant blueberry!
HL made apples, grapes, and a banana!
DL made a carrot!
EF made a watermelon, cherries, a sandwich of fruit, and a banana!
HR made a cucumber!
MM made an apple and an orange!
EK made an apple!
AH made an apple, watermelon, and pears!
AW made apples, cherries, and blueberries!

We introduced a new material to our magnet space!
They are little people with magnets on their hands and feet! They created so much fun for us this morning!!!
MH: "They are hanging from the ceiling!"
DS: "Look, they stick together!"
MM: "They're holding hands together!"
"They even stick to the wall!"
HL: "I can make them go from the top to the bottom!"
