As we worked today we asked the children to think about how their materials can play with each other. They explored our redesigned magnet space, the kitchen space, a forest projection with blocks and animals, colorful rods, playdough, and plus plus blocks! It was a busy day in the Willow Room!

There was so much interest in our redesigned magnet space that we decided to make a sign up so the children could have enough space to work in! They decided that four children could be in there at a time! Love this problem solving!!!
The magnet redesign included our metal wall, a drip pan hanging from above, and a window well (or as the children call it a rainbow) on the floor. They have various magnetic and metal loose parts available to explore with.
