Capers!

We had a fun-filled caper day today with Spruce and Pine! Check out what we explored below:

We borrowed colorful stacking cups from our lovely Acorns to experiment on the light projector with! GP and ES took turns making a "stack of cups." They were testing how many could fit!

Then, the stacking cups made their way onto the carpet and there, DL, GP, EF, and CS took turns making a "pattern" with the cups! They made sure to stack color by color and their pattern was "purple, pink, blue, yellow, blue, yellow, pink." CS stacked the yellow cups, EF placed blue, and GP added pink!

We continued with our sand line drawings:

We also continued our work with Wiki Sticks. CS, KA, and AW practiced making letters!

AW said that the "N was hard," but she persevered and finished making it!

The digital microscope gave us the opportunity to get a closer look at...
SR's ring, a mushroom,
the stitching of SR's shirt,
another piece of mushroom,
a leaf,
a stick,
and a piece of bark!

In Spruce...
EF made "a zero and a P"
"A ball with lines!"
Some big snakes!

Other happenings...

Be Happy, Be Kind
