Today in Willow, we had another Forest day with our Spruce friends (afcspruce.blogspot.com)! While we were exploring, we discovered that a stick can be many different things and can be used for many different purposes such as...
A candle for a "birthday cake" made by AH and LG,
A "violin" made by rubbing two sticks together,
A "jumping stick that jumps on its own,"
A "cleaner that cleans the dust that comes from underground." GH and MM said they "needed to clean the dust, so that it goes back underground."
And a stick can be dragged to make lines in the dirt!
We have also discovered that a structure of sticks has been built inside the Forest. Some of our Willows have begun to call this a "treehouse." We climbed on it, sat inside, and even made some "soup" inside of a stump by using a stick to stir some dirt and leaves. The treehouse was now a "restaurant!"
We also compared sticks to measure which ones were taller!
