Today in Willow, we had a windy morning on the Hillside making new discoveries about our Snail. We made many observations about the colors of the tiles, saw that the tiles were specific shapes, and even figured out that our voices are louder and echo when we are inside. We love our Snail!!
AW observed that some of the tiles are squares and some are rectangles. She also discovered that the tiles follow a line and some zig-zag!!
AW also said that this tile is a "special one" because it has sparkles in it!
"La, la la!" sang DS and MM.
"This is a circle!" exclaimed HL!
"Look at the cool colors!" said SR. "There's a bug!" exclaimed GP.
At the picnic table, we played a matching game of all our Willow friends' faces! We are very good at making matches!!
