As you know we have been talking a lot about being a family in the Willow Room.
This morning the children explored with family in a few different ways.
In our sensory table the children explored with loose parts, wooden pieces, and our little wooden animals. They began pretending to make animal families!
While exploring with our big blocks the children got out the magnetic people and started making castles, bowling alleys, and walkways to play with their people and families.
We also made a fun matching game to help the children about each other.
Later in the morning the children were excited to explore a new space!
We headed to the collaboratory to do some gross motor play!
We tried out the wind tunnels.
These mirror triangles caught our interest!
We checked out the ball wall!
And we finished off our morning with a flashlight dance party! What a day!
