What a fantastic and awesome morning we have had! Our Willow family had an amazing fun time with the Maple room friends working together on a beautiful and vibrant collaborative art piece. They used droppers to drip paint on a large canvas board and watched in amazement as the paint flowed down and down! They were very intentional and purposeful in their creative work. Check them out!
Not only did our friends enjoy the painting, they had fun making art with water and sidewalk chalk. WM said "let's move the chalk in the sun. I want to see if it will disintegrate." "Look! I'm making art with it and the chalk is getting smaller."
HS - "The chalk is so wet and it's getting smaller."
TL - "It makes a squiggly green line!"
Did someone say bubbles? Oh yes! How much fun we had playing with bubbles!
Our friends enjoyed playing some fun games of "duck, duck goose," building with the large blocks as well as jumping from the cave rock and taking a moment to just sit, relax and smile.
I wonder what this friend is thinking as he sits and holds his hand intently beneath the log?
We were invited to have ice cream with the Maple room friends as they celebrated a friend. What a beautiful way to end our fun and exciting Friday! Yum! Yum! Yum!
