We enjoyed exploring a new space today,
The Sculpture Garden!
As we continue to study nature we thought it would be a good idea to take the children to a new space. We've loved exploring this space in the past and were excited to introduce it to our new friends. We talked about what a sculpture is and what it can be made of. One friend said, "a sculpture can be a building." Another friend said, "a sculpture can be pretty and have glitter on it." Another friend said, "it's made out of eggs!" We were excited to see what the sculptures at the Sculpture Park were made of!
The sculpture of the bird is one of our favorite places to be! The artist that made this sculpture also made the snail sculpture on our hillside!
We also loved exploring the big metal sculpture!
The kids sold pizza out of this "window."
And the final sculpture is this amazing tower. We liked trying to climb on it, too!
We climbed walls and ran through all of the amazing nature, too! This was a playground for our senses!!!
And we even found more pieces of nature to add to our collections! These kids are great at finding the littlest pieces of interesting nature!
We had so much fun learning about our new space, collecting beautiful pieces of nature, and exploring sculptures! We hope you have a wonderful weekend!
