We started off the morning with some new materials!
I found a Lite Bright last year and never got the chance to bring it in for the kids. This morning I put it out on the floor and watched the excitement happen!
We also got out some new connector materials and the kids worked on making shapes!
Once everyone was at school and we finished our morning meeting we went to work on redesigning our space! We talked about the designs that we created last week and then went to work. The children moved furniture, moved rugs, and even swept the floor! It was a lot of hard work and we still have some finish up tomorrow but they did a great job!!!
All of a sudden Ms. Stephanie and I realized that all of the children had gathered together and were having a little pow pow of their own lol! They were talking about what we had moved so far and what we should do with the block area. We decided to leave the block area where it was but it was great to see the kids talking with each other, collaborating, and coming up with big ideas!
Here's where we are at so far! Once it is finished tomorrow we'll show some before and after pictures!
