Happy Wednesday Everyone! It was quite a day in Willow, the kids explored with some new materials and enjoyed playing with some of our old favorites! We continued to reconnect with each other and get back into the swing of things this morning. Check us out!
We haven't used the marble run in the morning yet this year! The kids were so excited to build their own "race tracks"!
We always love to draw!
Some friends worked on very cool lego creations! JD said, "I made mine camouflaged!"
He used the L shaped pieces to make a long tower. He then looked for all of the small pieces that matched the color of each of the L shaped pieces, camouflaging the small pieces!
We headed outside to work with the big blue blocks! At first the kids worked on making a house together. Later it turned into a game of the floor is lava!
The blue blocks gave us the chance to build big!
So we used some marshmallows and toothpicks to build small! The kids had so much fun creating 3D structures with these materials and they probably enjoyed eating a few too haha!
We're grateful for another wonderful day in the Willow Room!
Tomorrow we will head to the forest so please make sure your child is dressed appropiately!
