We were very excited to get a visit from the St. Louis Brass Quintet this morning! They played many songs that the children knew, which was fun! The children sung along with the musicians, we learned about different types of instruments, and we listened to some music that we had never heard of before!
We got to see some older horns and hear what they sound like compared to modern horns!
They showed us how to play a seashell like a horn!
They even used tubing and a funnel to sound like a french horn! It was a lot of fun!
