We are so grateful to the PTO for giving us a generous grant to buy some new materials!!!
We tried out some of the new materials this morning and the kids love them!!!
We have new builders
and some new light table materials
And we bought spools and rings to design with. These boys used the rings to spin and then timed how long they spun for. They recorded their findings on their clipboards!
We went back to work on our simple machines. Most friends tried to build something that was going to knock a piece down at the end.
This friend wanted to knock the person block into the cup!
This friend wanted to knock the cup off of the table!
We continued our work on our ramps as well!
