We had a great start to our short week. We worked on ramps using new materials and new ideas. Some friends experimented with using tree blocks to make their ramps. You can see the concentration required to figure out how to make it work!
Ms. Emily recently worked with some teachers at the NAEYC conference last week building ramps. She shared some pictures of the ramps the teachers built. We noticed that they made ramps that turned corners. We tried to incorporate that into our ramps.
These boys added blocks on the top to make a dark tunnel and blocks at the end of the ramp to catch their marbles!
The ramp broke! That's okay. We can fix it!
This ramp has a secret hiding spot!
Can you make a ramp this way?
A ramp you can ride on!
Teamwork!
How do you get a ball out of a tube when it's stuck?
You get help from a friend!
