We are still talking about colors, color mixing and making new natural colors.
Today we used primary colors to see if we could make some new colors on the light table. The kids loved using droppers to mix up all the different colors. They made green, purple, orange, and brown!
We got to paint with the colors that we made from fruits, vegetables and spices. There's raspberry red, blueberry purple, cocoa powder brown, and turmeric yellow.
Liam said that the paints smell sooo good!
Yesterday we started cutting spinach and orange peels to make our green and orange. The kids then got to take their work to the kitchen to make their new colors. We will hopefully paint with them next week!
