We celebrated Matthews birthday yesterday! He was very excited to decorate his canvas. He wanted to do it by himself and he made alligator eggs!

Slick moves during our birthday dance party!
Today we went back to work on making our parade signs. The kids are making flags that we will use during the friendship party. They really want all the kids to be able to hold them up with a stick so we had to explore the playscape (and our classroom) for sticks. We're going to have some amazing signs for the parade next week!!!
We continued painting more cardboard today as well. We will see what they want to do with the cardboard for the parade...
While some kids worked outside on parade flags we had others inside working on the parade route. We drew maps of where we thought the kids should parade during the friendship party!
