The children have officially transformed the Dark Fort into Outer Space. We have continued to talk with them about what they want to add to Outer Space and they are full of amazing ideas! We have a box that is currently being used as their rocket to fly to Mars and lights on the ceiling that are the stars. The children want to make the planets, so we have been watching some videos to learn more about the planets and space before we continue our work on Outer Space after the break. :)
We have been playing the videos about the planets on the ceiling so they can look up at "Space". The children absolutely love doing this!
We had a group working on decorating the rocket that the children fly to "Outer Space".
