one of the things the children insisted we have for our pirate ship was a message in a bottle. a group of children worked together to create a picture and a note to put in the bottle.
"This is a sunken ship. It sunk 100 years ago. They finded the treasure 9 years ago. But, the treasure got lost in the snowy mountain. Go look for the treasure."
